MATRIX Franchise Offer
The award of a MATRIX Franchise entitles a Franchisee the rights to use our branding and style and above all access to the wide range of products and services that we have developed, tried and tested successfully over 10 years since inception.
MATRIX Systems & Procedures
In order to guarantee the quality of its operations, MATRIX has evolved a number of core operating systems and procedures. All of these are detailed in the Manuals which the Franchisee receives.
Branding & Design
Franchisees have the right to trade under the prestigious MATRIX name and display the MATRIX logo. Comprehensive information about the required look of the school is also supplied to all Franchisees, along with full branding guidelines and artwork.
Courses and Materials
Franchisees may purchase one or more of the course packages from a full range of Regular Courses, from Elementary to Advanced level, together with a selection of the .A Franchisee may also apply to purchase certain courses for specific purposes for which there is local market need.
All courses offered to the Franchisees are based on the materials and teaching methodology used by MATRIX in Delhi, or those developed in addition for the Franchise's use.
Training
being an important part of the Franchise package, key members of the Franchisee team are provided instructions in the MATRIX methods, and systems. Periodic re-orientation programmes are held to cover central aspects of the academic management and administration of a MATRIX Franchise including some teaching of MATRIX courses.
Teaching Staff
Franchisee teachers receive a structured programme of either pre- or in-service training.
Support
MATRIX offers a high level of support, advice and guidance. This covers aspects of setting up and running a MATRIX Franchise, from the design of the school and recruitment of teachers to best-practice advertising and marketing initiatives.
As part of the Franchise Agreement, Franchisees are also required to receive quality assurance visits from MATRIX per year.

Matrix Franchise Requirements
Franchise Agreement and Association Fee
Subject to Matrix's pre-selection criteria a Franchisee is required to sign a Franchise Agreement committing an area of 1000 sq.ft. to 1500 sq.ft., and a one-off Association Fee of Rs 20,000 to Rs. 30,000* in India.
Site & Space Requirements
A MATRIX Franchise centre should be located centrally, preferably either in a commercial area in the vicinity of similar institutes or in a residential area on a bus route with easy accessibility by road. The space requirement is typically 1000 sq.ft.; preferably 1500 sq.ft. for future expansion.
